Lastly, you need intention behind your food choices and the STRATEGY to get you what you want.

I'm a registered dietitian, runner, and yoga teacher.

My personal goals in life, and what I hope to help others accomplish, are:

  • have tons of fun

  • nourish my body in all the ways it needs

  • move my body in all the ways it loves

  • live life as presently and intentionally as possible
